I have been working on developing my own illustrations for the Ido Chronicles. I am not a visual artist, but I do believe that I can provide some idea of my vision as expressed in my books via illustrations, even if the latter are somewhat amateurish. Already I feel that I have gotten better. I do not put up all the drawings, only those that seem to work relatively well, and it takes me quite a lot of time to do each drawing, whether they work out or note. I have been posting the best ones under a new menu heading "Illustrations" under "Other (non-writing) projects". Here are a couple of examples of one's that I've put up - first an image of a jonah, and secondly, a scene involving intimacy between two of my characters. I think the images will help me promote the series.
